jedbzz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure secure transactions. Before a withdrawal or whenever otherwise required, we may request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If this process is not completed, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jedbzz offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is provided subject to the following terms:

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.
• To be eligible to withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 (ten) times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per user account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• jedbzz reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Promotional offer terms apply separately and will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• In the event of bonus cancellation, any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited; however, the original deposit is refundable.
